摘要：直销电子商务化是指将电子商务引入直销，吸收电子商务的优点弥补直销的不足，从而合理地运用电子商务手段对直销的发展产生良好的推动作用。随着互联网的发展，直销与电子商务的结合是历史的必然，以此种模式诞生的公司也层出不穷，但是直销与电子商务的结合并非两种模式的简单拼凑，没有系统的理论指导，众多公司只能在探索中前进，这往往就会出现营业额不佳，经营时间不长的现象，如何有效的将电子商务引入直销，形成营业额最高的商务摸式？这一直是直销电子商务化在探讨的问题。淘众福ABC模式是直销电子商务化的产物，本文将深入分析该模式的经营模式、奖金制度、运作流程，进而研究ABC模式的优越性，从而为直销电子商务化的发展提供合理的建议。

ABSTRACT:Direct Selling of electronic commerce is the introduction of e-commerce direct selling, absorption e-commerce advantages to compensate the lack of direct selling industry, and use of e-commerce means for the development of direct selling have a good role in promoting. With the development of the Internet, direct selling with fusion of e-commerce is the inevitable, so many companies were born by the trend , but direct selling and e-commerce business is not the combination of two kinds of modes，no systematic theoretical guidance, many companies can only be explored in advance，often some companies will appear turnover be poor turnover, operation time be not long, how to combine e-commerce and the direct selling, and forming the highest turnover business model. This problem has been researched in direct selling e-commerce. Taozfu ABC model is the product of direct selling e-commerce. the paper will deeply analyze the mode of operation mode、the bonus system、operation process, then studying the superiority of the ABC mode, so as to development of direct selling e-commerce provide a reasonable proposal.
