摘要:目前我国许多高校已将排球列为大学生公共体育选修课的教学内容，并成为公共体育课程的重要组成部分之一，它以传统运动魅力和风格受到了广大师生的喜爱，通过优美活泼的运动动作，使学生们忘掉了学习生活中的失意与压抑，即消除心理上的疲劳和紧张，又缓解了工作和学习生活中的各种压力，身心能够得到全面的调整，精神面貌也有了很好的改善，同时拥有了充沛的体力，所以排球这个项目在全国各高校得到了很好的发展。为了使排球在XX学院公共体育教学当中不断地发展,本研究运用问卷调查法、查阅有关文献、数理统计法,对XX学院公体排球教学现状进行了调查、分析,发现其中存在的问题有:教师外出参加培训少；教师排球教学任务重；排球教学内容单一；排球理论教学少；课后学生很少自己练习及练习时间短等,长期这样发展下去必定严重影响到XX学院公体排球的教学。
