摘 要： 改革开放以来，被称为朝阳产业的旅游业发展迅猛，然而在旅游业中占重要地位的导游，其行为却与旅游业的发展不相协调。导游的油、贪、奸及各种行径被频频曝光。导游是旅游接待工作的主体，是整个旅游服务的轴心。导游服务作为旅游产品一部分向旅游者出售，是决定整体旅游服务产品质量高低最关键的部分。现在，我国导游服务质量总体上仍处于低水平状态。导游服务中存在着诸多不规范现象。我国导游服务质量的高低关系到旅游产业的整体发展，为保证旅游产业的可持续发展，导游服务必须常抓不懈。本文在调查基础上浅析了我国导游服务中诸多不规范现象及原因，进而有针对性地初步提几点解决问题的对策和建议，期望能杜绝导游服务不规范的现象。

The tour guide service as a traveling product part sells to the Traveling person, decides the whole traveling service product quality height most sensitive part. At present, in our country tour guide grade of service overall still was at the low horizontal position. The tour guide serves has many not standard phenomena. Our country tour guide grade of service height relates the sustainable development of the traveling industry, the tour guide serves must often grasp unremittingly. This article thoroughly analyzed in the investigation foundation has served many not standard phenomena take the hole country as representative's tour guide and the reason, then had pointed initially raises several solves the question countermeasure and the suggestion to put a end to the not standard phenomena.
