摘要：乡村旅游是旅游业的重要组成部分，它已经成为社会主义新农村建设的重要力量，也成为农业经济新的增长点。本文应用文献分析法和网络调查法对南京乡村旅游发展现状、优势以及存在问题进行分析，提出南京乡村旅游可持续发展应该坚持的原则和对策，供相关决策部门参考。

Rural tourism is an important part of tourism industry, it has become the important force in the construction of new socialist countryside, also be agricultural economy new point of growth. In this paper the application of the methods of literature analysis and Internet survey method of Nanjing rural tourism development status, advantages and existing problems were analyzed,, put forward sustainable development of rural tourism in Nanjing should adhere to the principles and countermeasures, for decision-making branch reference.

乡村旅游的发展关系到社会、经济、环境等多个领域，随着乡村旅游的发展，也会引起更多的问题，因此这是个值得研究的课题。本文对南京乡村旅游现状、南京乡村旅游发展优
势和存在问题进行归纳和总结，主要研究结论如下：
1、南京乡村旅游发展态势良好，潜力巨大但也问题突出。
2、南京乡村旅游可持续开发的原则有生态性、实用性、经济性、灵活性。
3、南京乡村旅游可持续发展的对策有避免产品开发雷同，走精品化路线；注重规划；重视对当地居民的环境保护培训和教育；提高乡村旅游的科技含量；对游客进行有效地管理。
