摘要:改革开放以来,我国对民营企业经济的发展越来越重视,对其的支持力度也越来越大,经过了几十年的发展壮大,目前,我国的民营经济在国民经济中所占的比重越来越大,为国家经济的发展所做出的贡献也与日俱增,许多优秀的民营企业已经成为了该行业中的佼佼者,甚至是领头者。但是,随着环境逐步的变化,民营企业面临着新一轮巨大发展机遇和更为严峻的挑战。然而民营企业目前由于受到各方面因素的影响,使得企业内人才结构不合理,高素质人才缺乏、人才流失现象严重,越来越成为制约企业发展的瓶颈。本文阐述了民营企业人才流失的相关理论,归纳了我国民营企业的发展和现状,分析了我国民营企业人才流失的现状及其原因,提出了解决民营企业人才流失的对策,以期对民营企业的发展提供帮助。

ABSTRACT:Since the reform and opening up, the development of more enterprises to private economy of our country more attention, support for the more and more big, after decades of development and growth, at present, China's share of private economy in the national economy accounting for more and more, make the economic development of the country's contribution also grow with each passing day, many outstanding private enterprise has become the best in the industry, and even the leader. However, with the change of environment gradually, the private enterprises are facing a new round of great development opportunity and challenge. However, private enterprises at present due to various factors, the structure of talent within the enterprise is not reasonable, the lack of high-quality personnel, serious brain drain phenomenon, has increasingly become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises. In view of this, this article according to the private enterprise actual, starting from the aspects of private enterprise brain drain reason, strategies to solve the brain drain in the private enterprises, with a view to provide help to the development of private enterprises.

  民营企业的健康可持续发展,需要国家社会企业还有个人的共同努力才能完成。面对瞬息万变的当今市场形势,民营企业应当抓住机遇,与时俱进,具备科学的现代企业管理模式,用实际行动来表明企业对于人才的重视和关注,以此来降低企业的人才流失率,真正做到吸引人才并且留住人才,让人才在企业中安心发展,为企业创造更多的价值和更大的贡献。通过本文的研究,希望能够对解决当前我国民营企业人才流失严重的问题有所帮助。
