摘要:随着时代的不断进步和经济的发展,经济社会发展所依赖的关键要素也从原本土地、资本、技术等逐渐转变为信息、知识、人才等,这便要求企业要制定一个科学合理并且符合企业实际发展情况的新员工培训方案。

   本文首先对新员工培训进行了理论分析和文献综述,再阐述了本文研究对象——重庆A通讯科技有限公司的具体情况。从A通讯公司人力资源管理和公司长期发展规划入手,通过分析A通讯公司新员工培训管理现状,诊断A通讯公司新员工培训管理存在的问题,试探建立较为合理与完善的新员工培训方案设计体系,以提升公司的培训效果,从而对提升企业新员工队伍素质和企业核心竞争力,增强企业凝聚力,增加企业文化认同感、新员工归属感,创造共同的价值观,提升新员工工作能力和工作积极性,促进企业发展,提出相应的建议。
