摘要:随着旅游业的高速发展,对旅游企业的管理水平和服务质量的要求也越来越高。旅游业的快速发展、产业的转型升级、旅游强国目标的实现,需要各项旅游公共服务设施、各种旅游保障措施和技术手段的有效支持,需要发挥旅游标准化对产业发展的技术支撑和保障作用。因此,推广旅游标准化,对于增强旅游业的国际竞争力、实现旅游产业可持续发展、建设和谐发展社会,具有十分重要的现实意义。

   旅行社的团队接待服务是旅行社业务中极为重要的一个方面,是旅行社产品从虚拟转化为现实的过程。接待服务水平的高低不仅关系到旅行社产品的质量和企业声誉,还会进一步影响到旅游产业的正常发展。

   本文将结合上述两者,从标准化建设的角度切入,将旅行社接待服务的对象理想化为团队游客,浅谈如何提高旅行社的接待服务水平。

Abstract:With the rapid development of tourism, tourist enterprise management level and the service quality requirements of the more and more is also high. The rapid development of tourism, industry transformation and upgrading of great tourism power, realize the goal of the need to the tourism public service facilities, all kinds of tourism safeguard measures and the effective technology support,Need to play to the industrial development of the tourism standardization technical support and security role. Therefore, promoting tourism standardization, to enhance the international competitiveness of tourism industry and realize the sustainable development of tourism industry, the building of harmonious social development, and has very important practical significance. 

   The travel agency the reception services is a very important business travel agency, is travel agency's products from virtual into actual process. Reception services of level is not only related to the travel agency's products quality and enterprise reputation, further affect the normal development of the tourism industry. 

   This paper will be a combination of these two, from the perspective of the standardized construction, will travel reception service object into individual clients for the ideal group tourists, showing how to enhance the reception service level.
