摘要:幸福感是本届两会的热点词汇。在报告中，“十二五”时期北京将以“加快转型升级，建设幸福北京”为核心，促进经济社会全面发展。未来五年的发展目标：生产总值年均增长8%，结构调整取得明显成效，城市软实力明显提升，体制机制明显完善，人民满意度明显增强。
本论文主要以近百份问卷调查《北土城西路生活性道路居民满意度的调查》为数据依据，在数据整理中对于具体影响指标的各个分项在整个居住生活方便性中所占的权重采取定量评价的分析方法，采用EXCEL、SPSS软件进行数理统计和空间统计以及作图，通过出行状况、公共设施状况、餐饮设施状况、休闲娱乐设施状况、等十一项指标对北京居住生活方便性进行分析，评价目前的状况、分析原因并提出解决措施。

随着社会经济发展水平的提高，我国住宅供给已基本告别短缺时代，由关注住宅建设的“数量”进入“数量”和“质量”并重的阶段，居民对居住环境质量提出了更高的要求，及时而全面地把握这些新的居住需求是专业人士面临的重要任务。在我国沿海发达地区和主要城市，住宅房地产市场的竞争越来越向如何争取和吸引消费者的方向发展，房地产开发企业对市场的关注，其核心就是对消费者需求的关注。居民满意度研究可以通过测量住宅区内居民的满意程度，了解其需求和看法，并揭示需要完善和改进的内容。从而对今后的住宅建设或居住环境优化提供理论指导。从城市规划的层面来看，强调“公众意识”和“公众参与”越来越受到关注，这并非是一种单纯的技术手段，更不是权宜之计，而是城市规划工作的重要立足点；研究居民对生活性道路建设的满意程度，是衡量、检验和指导城市规划工作的重要手段和研究内容，也是民主意识在城市建设中的体现。
