摘要:目前我国高校社团主要是学生本着相同的兴趣爱好以及共同的理念所组建起来的群体学生可以自由选择自己感兴趣的社团，学生社团为学生提供了展现自我的平台，提升了学生的综合素质，活跃了校园文化，丰富了学生生活。新时期高校社团活动相对比较丰富，自由空间大，活动时间灵活，成为大学校园文化传播的主力军。但是由于管理模式不健全，目前我国高校社团依然存在一些问题，如：场地申请不完善、管理制度不健全、活动经费有限制等问题。新时期大环境下，高校学生社团建设要与时俱进，结合新形势的管理理论与方法，充分用自身优势，避免自己的劣势，打造高品质社团，为更好地服务学生而努力。
本论文通过对比各高校社团的发展状况，针对新时期学生社团目前存在的问题，通过大学四年所学习的专业知识，结合管理学以及战略管理相关理论模型进行分析，指出高校学生社团建设应纳入管理的主流之中,并提出了具体的意见和相应的措施。

Abstract:At present, community colleges and universities in our country are mainly the students with the same interest and the common idea of the organized groups of students are free to choose their own interest clubs, student organizations provide students with a platform to show themselves, improve the comprehensive quality of students, active in the campus culture, to enrich the students' life. Rich activities in Colleges during the new period of relative, free space, activity time is flexible, become the main force of university campus culture. But because of the management mode is not perfect, the Corporation of our country still has some problems, such as: field application is not perfect, imperfect management system, funding is limited etc.. The big environment of the new era, the construction of college student associations should keep pace with the times, combining the theories and methods of management in the new situation, make full use of their advantages, avoid their weaknesses, create high-quality community, and strive to better serve students.
In this paper, through the development of the university community comparison, aiming at the existing problems of student associations in the new period, through professional knowledge learning university four years, combined the analysis of management and strategic management theory model, and points out that the construction of college student associations should be incorporated into the management of the mainstream, and puts forward some concrete suggestions and corresponding measures.

新时期高校社团的建设对于学生个体的发展影响越来越大，已经成为校园文化建设的主力军，是校园文化建设中不容忽视的重要部分。学生社团能够培养学生兴趣，锻炼团队合作能力，拓展求职领域和素质教育，是当今中国教育和校园文化的重要载体，能够为学生将来走上社会奠定坚实的基础。但是目前高校社团管理存在缺失，缺乏执行力，管理机制不完善，管理的模式不够先进。本文将提出完善学生社团健全发展的合理建议。通过研究高校学生社团，加强高校学生社团管理，锻炼学生管理能力。高校社团为大学生全面发展，培养组织领导能力提供了契机。重点培养学生干部的管理能力，为学生今后踏上工作岗位打好坚实的基础。
