摘要:硅作为一种基础的工业原材料,对国民经济的发展起着相当重要的作用,而我国硅的生产无论从数量还是质量上都不能满足国内市场的需要,每年都要大量进口。同时,国内的硅生产成本居于世界前列。根据四年来学习的理论知识,结合硅生产实际情况,经过老师的细心指导,设计年产10万吨硅车间。本文首先对国内的市场进行分析,并对目前国内主要的熔炼过程和工艺流程进行概述。本设计采用矿热炉熔炼工艺,通过对系统进行物料及能量平衡计算,了解熔炼系统的物料及能量的分布情况,为主体设备的设计提供了依据,确定尺寸。并以此为依据选出设备型号,绘出CAD图纸(设备主体图、车间布置图、设备连接图)。

ABSTRACT:Silicon industry as the basic raw materials, plays a very important role in the development of the national economy, and China's silicon production both in quantity and quality can not meet the needs of the domestic market, import large quantities of every year. According to the theory of four years of study, combined with the actual situation of silicon production, after the teacher's careful guidance, design an annual output of 100000 tons of silicon workshop. In this paper, the analysis on the domestic market, and to present the main smelting process and the process of. This design uses the melting furnace, through the calculation of material and energy balance of system, understanding the distribution condition of material and energy melting system, provides the basis for the design of the main equipment, determine the size. Based on the selected device model, draw the CAD drawings (equipment body figure, plant layout, equipment connection diagram).
