摘要:从改革开放到今天中国的钢铁行业经过六十几年的发展,钢铁产量飞速增长,国内矿石需求量大幅增加导致铁矿石供应日趋紧张,对国外矿石进口量屡创新高,为了提高高炉产量、改善质量和降低生产成本,钢铁企业不得不使用各种不同性能和成分的廉价矿石,从而使得烧结矿性能存在一定的不稳定。本文重点根据重钢现有铁矿石资源配置情况,结合生产的实际情况,通过研究配加澳矿粉比例33.6%、36%、39%、44%和46%的烧结矿,实验测定这五组不同配比烧结矿的筛分指数、抗磨指数、转鼓指数、还原性(RI)、低温还原粉化率(RDI)和熔滴性能,实验结果表明随着澳矿粉加入量增加,烧结矿还原性变好,低温还原粉化率(RDI+3.15,%)增加,高温性能软化区间变窄,滴落温度升高。物理性能变化不明显,综合实验结果确定重钢烧结矿中澳矿粉的最优配比是44%。能够对重钢提高烧结矿资源的利用、改善烧结矿高温冶金性能,提高高炉利用系数。

ABSTRACT:In recent years, the rapid growth of China's steel production, domestic iron ore substantial increase in demand led to increasingly tight supply, the amount of foreign ore imports hit record highs, in order to improve blast furnace production, improve quality and reduce production costs, steel companies have to use performance and quality of different minerals, so that the sinter properties of certain instability. This article focuses on heavy steel according to the configuration of the existing iron ore resources, combined with the actual situation of production, through distribution ratio of 33.6% plus Australia ore, 36%, 39%, 44% and 46% of sinter, by measuring these five groups sinter screening different ratio index, abrasion index, the drum index, reducing (RI), low temperature reduction degradation rate (RDI) and the droplet properties, by studying their sinter metallurgical and physical properties of the height, determine the heavy steel sinter Australia slag optimal ratio. The results can help to improve heavy steel sinter resource utilization, improve the metallurgical properties of sinter temperature, directing heavy steel sintered iron ore sinter produced and can enrich the theory.
