摘要:硫酸锌的电解沉积是获得金属锌的重要途径之一,在国民经济建设中起着举足轻重的作用,本着优质、高产、低耗和对环境污染小的方针。本论文叙述了年产50000吨锌的物料平衡、热量平衡和需要的电解槽以及需要的设备作出车间布置。力争使该设计做到合理、长寿、实用。

   设计的主要内容包括物料平衡、热量平衡的计算,电解槽数量、尺寸和阴极板、阳极板的尺寸,绘制车间平面布置图。

ABSTRACT:The electrolytic deposition of zinc sulfate is an important way to get zinc metal plays an important role in national economic construction, the spirit of quality, high yield, low power consumption and less pollution policy. This paper describes an annual output of 50,000 tons of zinc in the material balance, heat balance and the electrolyzer and the equipment needed to make the plant layout. Strive to be reasonable so that the design, longevity and practical.

  The main content of the design including the size of the material balance, heat balance calculations, the electrolyzer number, size, and the cathode plate, anode plate, drawing workshop floor plan.
