摘要:设计是依据“云锡氯化法”处理难选贫锡中矿，火法工序所得到的收尘沉淀，采用湿法工艺对收尘沉淀进行处理，利用氯化钠溶液对收尘沉淀进行浸出，得到一定湿度的氯化铅和锡精矿。本文以锡精矿湿法车间为研究对象，在查阅众多文献的基础上，对“云锡氯化法”处理难选贫锡中矿的发展和背景进行概述，以湿法车间的设计过程为主线，车间布置为主体，全面介绍锡精矿湿法车间的设计全过程。设计说明书对设计的过程进行了详细的阐述，主要内容如下：物料计算、水系平衡的计算，主体设备冷却结晶器的设计，车间配置的设计。
