Abstract

 

Language is an important part of human life as well as a tool for people’s daily communication. English is no exception. At present, English is the most popular language in the world. In China, more and more people begin to realize the importance of English, and begin to learn English. However, many problems in learning English also come up, especially Chinglish. For many years, Chinglish has always been an obstacle to the learning of English in China,which makes many learners become frightened. As China becomes stronger, Chinglish is popular all over the world. This paper first analyzes the origin, essence, features and causes of Chinglish and then puts forward the corresponding solutions, which aims to require people to take an objective attitude towards it and meanwhile is of great help to learn Standard English.
