Abstract：Conflict talk is a very pervasive phenomenon in our daily life and occurs frequently between parents and children. In order to build a harmonious family environment, it is necessary for the two parties to discuss and analyze their conflict talks positively.
The paper will analyze conflict talks between parents and children in the soap opera Desperate Housewives from the perspective of memetics, and special stress will be laid on the conflict meme, meme transmission and meme competition. To begin with, the paper will introduce the research objective, significance, methodology, data collection and organization of the paper. Chapter Two provides the literature review on conflict talk and memetics, and previous studies on this field. Chapter Three will analyze the conflict talks between parents and children in Desperate Housewives. Finally, a brief conclusion will be drawn for the paper.

摘要：冲突话语成为我们日常生活中一个非常普遍的现象。父母与子女之间的冲突话语更是屡见不鲜。因此为了构建一个和谐的家庭环境，双方都应该积极地去研究和分析他们之间的冲突话语。
本文从模因论的角度分析了美国热播家庭伦理喜剧《绝望主妇》中父母与子女的冲突话语, 并对冲突模因、模因传递和模因竞争进行了重点分析。论文首先介绍本研究的缘由、意义、方法和论文的结构等；第二章为文献综述，对与冲突话语和模因论有关的知识进行了简单论述；第三章用模因论去分析《绝望主妇》中父母与子女的冲突话语；最后，将对论文内容进行简短总结。
