Abstract:Recently, with China entering into international markets, trademark translation become more and more important, which has directly effects the sales of commodity from China into abroad. Being a tool serving economy, the translation of trademark is a very important subject to be researched.  

   Trademark represents the image of products, emblem of quality as well as guarantee of intellectual property rights. When competing with aboard brand-name commodity in purpose of scrambling for international markets, a well-translated trademark is absolutely needed in addition to the products’ good quality, reasonable price and elegant package. This research paper mainly focuses on the language phenomenon in translating trademark and how to translation trademark.
