Abstract：With the development of the economic globalization, China’s enterprises have carried out the “go out” strategy. The excellent mechanisms and promising development tendency of private enterprises will herald their promising future. In recent years, the private enterprises become more and more powerful which have speeded up the foreign direct investment, and the effect is remarkable. The private economy gets fast development and plays an increasingly important role in the national economy. But there are still some problems which affect the development of the private enterprises because of some internal and external factors. It is necessary to study on the present situation, position, role and development of the private enterprises, in order to find some relevant countermeasures for their future development. On March 28, 2010 Geely succeeded in buying Volvo which firstly made a successful overseas acquisition. It is a very good case of foreign investment.
This thesis follows numerous domestic and international scholars and economists’ steps, combines with the case of Geely’s foreign investment, and discusses the present situation of the private enterprise in our country. At the same time, this article analyzes the disadvantages of the foreign direct investment of the private enterprises from the macroscopic and microcosmic angle, so as to give some relevant suggestion and strategies to China’s private enterprises.

摘要：随着我国经济的发展，中国对外投资的趋势开始加大。中国企业的海外并购的规模和金额也在不断扩大。中国企业逐渐走出国门，进行海外并购，开拓国际市场。近几年来，民营企业随着自身实力的不断增强，加快了对外直接投资的力度，其成效显著。民营经济得到快速发展，在国民经济中起到越来越重要的作用，但由于民营企业内外因素的影响，还存在一定的问题，影响民营企业的发展，有必要对民营企业的现状，地位，作用和发展作以研究，以探求未来民营企业的发展对策。2010年3月28日吉利成功收购沃尔沃，开创民企海外并购先河，是民企对外投资的一个很好案例。
本题将跟随国内外众多学者和经济学家的脚步，结合风云案例吉利收购沃尔沃，借取这个民企对外投资的案例，探讨现阶段民营企业的现状，对我国民营企业实施对外直接投资的各种相对优势进行了分析和总结。同时，本文也从宏观和微观的角度对我国民营企业对外直接投资的劣势进行了分析，在此基础上提出如何体改民营企业实力的建议。
