【摘要】《数学课程标准》提出：“人人都能获得良好的数学教育，不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”可由于诸多原因导致一些小学生学习数学的积极性不高，出现了数学学困生，数学学困生的转化已成为数学教育面临的重要任务之一。笔者从小学数学学困生的知觉弥散，情绪消极，迁移迟钝等特征着手，在深入剖析数学学困生形成原因的基础上，提出了数学学困生的转化对策。

小学数学是一门基础的自然学科，小学数学教学目标的有效达成，能够为学生进一步的学习打好基础。《数学课程标准》强调：“人人都能获得良好的数学教育，不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”而现在仍然存在相当一部分数学知识结构不合理、成绩不理想的数学学困生。我们不应该放弃学困生，也绝不能放弃。学生只有掌握好基础知识，运用正确的学习方式，才能够应对学习中出现的困难，学困生的形成必然有其存在的因素。
有教育者说过，转化一名学困生不亚于培养一名优生。因此，应特别重视学困生的转化工作。在此，本文将通对小学数学学困生的成因进行分析，研究如何转化“学困生”，让每一位学生都能得到良好好的教育方式，让每一位学生都能得到发展。同时根据本次学困生形成的原因我们也将对症下药，分析可行性对策来减少当前的学困生的学习问题，从而促进学困生综合素质的提高，也为小学生将来迎接严酷的挑战做好了充分的准备。
