摘 要：本文主要采用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法，对XX学院体育社团管理现状进行调查，分析体育社团管理现状，从中找出存在的问题，并提出对XX学院体育社团的管理对策，为今后XX学院体育社团的管理提供参考和帮助。通过对XX学院的体育社团进行走访调查发现，现在XX学院体育社团的人数少、体育社团缺乏正规指导、体育社团活动管理散乱、体育社团的经费管理不科学等问题。针对这些问题提出下面几点建议，加大宣传力度鼓励更多的学生参与体育社团、学校应加大对体育社团的扶持和投入、有计划的管理社团经费、运用激励机制提高指导老师社团的积极性、对体育社团进行统一管理、深入研究体育社团良性发展机制。

ABSTRACT：This paper mainly by questionnaire, interview method and other methods, the Honghe university sports club management of the investigation, analysis sports organization management status, find out problems, and puts forward the Honghe university sports community management measures, the Honghe university sports clubs for future reference and help the management. Through to the Honghe university visited the sports corporation survey found the Honghe university sports clubs, now fewer, sports clubs lack of formal instruction, sports clubs event management messy, sports corporate funds management is not scientific problems. To solve these problems, and put forward some Suggestions below increased publicity encouraging more students participate in sports clubs, schools should intensify the sports community support and investment, planned management community funds, incentive mechanism is raise directive teacher community's enthusiasm, sports corporation unified management of sports organizations and in-depth study benign development mechanism.
