摘要:随着网络技术和计算机技术的发展，人们处理信息的能力越来越强，越来越多的文献被电子化，分类、标引加工成电子数据库，通过网络进行访问使用。高校作为重要的科研机构之一，在电子数据库方面的投入经费逐年增加，购买的数据库逐渐增多，而电子数据库涉及多语种、多文献类型,多提供商,其管理日趋复杂。为此开发和设计高校图书馆电子数据库管理系统，电子数据库管理系统可以避免图书管理的随意性，使得管理工作规范化、系统化、程序化，提高信息处理的速度和准确性。
本系统是基于B/S模式，采用的是ASP + SQL Server 2000模式的开发集成环境。此系统的设计从功能上来说，是比较完备的，系统以Web界面与管理员交互，为管理员提供信息并接受其操作，同时通过数据库管理系统来存储信息数据。本系统的基本内容：数据进行录入、修改、删除、查询、统计的基本功能。

Abstract: With the development of network technology and computer technology， our ability to process information is more and more strong， more and more literatures is electronic， classification， indexing into an electronic database， accessed through the network. The college as one of the most important scientific research institutions， in the electronic database of investment funds has increased year by year， the purchase of database gradually increased， while the electronic database involves multilingual， multiple document types， multiple providers， its management has become more and more complex. Database management system for University Library Electronic Design and development， management system of electronic database can avoid arbitrariness in the library management，makes the management standardization， systematization， program， improve the speed and accuracy of information processing.
The system is based on B/S mode， is used in the integrated development environment ASP + SQL Server 2000 model. The design of this system from the function， is more complete， the system to the Web interface and administrator interaction， and provide information for administrators and accept its operation， at the same time to store information and data through database management system. The basic functions of the system: the basic function of data entry， modify， delete， query， statistics.
