摘要:随着我国的经济发展和城市的开发，社区已经变成了一个很重要的活动场所，在社区中一般都是常住人口，但是也有一些外来流动人口包括学生和外出务工的人员，这些人的入住给社区的管理增加了极大的不稳定性。为了能够提高社区的安全性和管理的方便性，开发一个社区流动人口管理信息系统具有一定的实践意义。
本系统以曲江社区为例，系统采用ASP.NET技术构建一个基于B/S模式的曲江社区流动人口管理信息系统。本系统在经过开发与设计后主要实现了以下功能：管理员可通过本系统发布公告，然后流动人口登录系统后可查看这些公告；流动人口可通过本系统添加暂住证申请，管理员登陆后查看这些申请，如申请信息真实有效的，就给该流动人口发放暂住证；管理员可通过本系统查询、统计本社区育龄妇女的计划生育信息等。
整个开发过程首先对曲江社区进行流动人口管理方面的需求分析，并着重分析其功能需求及业务流程和数据流程。在系统分析的基础上对系统进行了总体设计和详细设计。最后对系统进行了功能测试，并对测试结果进行了分析总结，得出系统的不足及需要改进的地方，这为以后的系统维护提供了方便，同时也为今后开发类似系统提供了借鉴和帮助。
本系统的开发使社区对流动人口的管理更加方便快捷，同时也促使流动人口管理变的更加系统化、有序化。本系统界面较友好，易于操作。

Abstract:With the development of economy and the exploitation of cities in china, community has been an important activity place. In general, there is permanent resident population in community, but there is also some floating population including students and migrant workers, theses floating population increases the instability of community’s management. In order to improve the safety of community and convenience of management, developing a management system of community’s floating population has a certain practical significance.
The system takes QuJiang community as an example, which uses ASP.NET technology based on B/S mode, an information management system of QuJiang floating population. It mainly achieve the following functions after its development and design, firstly, the administrator can make announcements by the system and then the floating population can view these announcements after logging the system out. Secondly, the floating population can add the applications for temporary residence permits by the system and the administrator views these applications after logging it out. If this application information is real effective, the floating population should be given temporary residence permits. The administrator query and make a statistics of family planning information of women of childbearing age in the community by the system, etc.
The whole development process makes a demand analysis of the management of the floating population in the QuJiang community firstly and emphasizes an analysis of its functional requirement and business and data process. And then make an overall and detailed design on the basis of systematic analysis. Finally, making a functional test, analyzing and summarizing its results and then draw a conclusion on the deficiencies and the areas for improvement of the system, this provides the maintenance of the system the convenience and offers experience and help for developing such a system.
The development of the system makes the community manage the floating population more convenient and efficient. At the same time, it promotes the management of the floating population become more systematic and orderly. The system’s interface is so friendly that it’s easy to operate.
