摘要：很多摄影记者为了最后能够获得自己理想效果的照片或者是为了某种利益的需要，不顾原本照片的真实性，私自运用修改照片或是摆拍等手段，制作出一张张假照片，而且这样的事件不断发生。国内外现在对于新闻摄影记者在遇到紧急事件时应该是先救人还是先记录一直存在着争议，有人说面对不幸中的人物和事物，摄影师是否仅仅满足于讲述一个故事？摄影师是否有一种被媒体利用的嫌疑？不管做什么，先做人，否则就是摄影记者缺乏职业道德和社会责任感。也有人说记者是客观事实的真实记录者，不是义工。重要的是摄影师必须简单地证明对其被摄对象的尊重。
新闻摄影中的道德观念追求的是一种最为基础和本质上的新闻道德观念，是新闻行业中的每一个人都应该具备的最基本的道德底线和观念界限。本文首先对道德观念中的诚信观念和公正观念进行分析，并对相关的实例进行了浅层次的研究。

Abstract：Some press photographers modify pictures or make staged photographs in order to get their ideal effects or certain interests. They make fake pictures ignoring the authenticity of news events, which happens occasionally. Controversy exists now both at home and abroad that journalist should save first or record first when an emergency happens. Some viewpoints indicate that a press photographer should have sense of social responsibility because he is a human being at the first place. On the other hand, some people hold the view that journalists are recorders of objective facts, not volunteers. It is important for them to testify their respect to the subjects.
The moral sense that press photography pursues is the most basic and essential moral idea. It is some kind of moral bottom line and concept boundary that everyone in the news industry should have. In this paper, integrity idea and fairness idea in moral idea are analyzed, and then relevant examples are studied.

作为一名新闻摄影工作者，在做好自身本职工作的同时，必须要具备最基本的道德观念，要明确道德的重要性所在，同时充分认识到道德对自身工作的积极促进作用。道德无论在什么时候都是衡量一个人基本品质的重要标准，而新闻摄影的道德观念则是新闻工作得以健康发展的关键所在。
