摘要：随着我国旅游产业的发展以及经济社会发展水平和人民生活水平的不断提高，度假旅游必将在旅游业中扮演愈加重要的角色。本文界定度假旅游的概念，阐述度假旅游的特征，对比中西度假旅游发展的历程、特点及其未来的发展趋势、资源利用，通过总结西方国家度假旅游的成功经验与在发展中的存在问题，为发展我国的度假旅游发展提供借鉴。我国拥有丰富的海滨、山地等度假资源，度假旅游市场的发展前景不可忽视，通过分析普遍存在问题，思考对策，以期促进我国度假旅游的积极发展。

Abstract：With the development of tourism and the economic and social development level and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, tourism is bound in the tourism industry plays a more and more important role. This paper defines the concept of tourism, the tourism characteristics, compared with the Western holiday tourism development process, characteristics and future trend of development, resource utilization, through summarizing the Western holiday tourism and the successful experience in the development of the existing problems, the development of China's tourism development. Our country has rich seaside, mountain resort vacation tourism resources, the development prospects of the market can not be ignored, by analyzing the common problems, countermeasures, with a view to promoting our country tourism development.

西方国家度假旅游的发展比较早，已经处于成熟阶段，而我国的度假旅游却还是萌芽阶段；在度假环境方面，西方国家以大海为主，我国结合自身条件以山为主要元素，双方度假资源利用的方向也不同；西方国家无论是休假制度、度假的交通便利程度、生活水平和服务质量等与我国相比都占据优势，我国度假旅游的休假度假氛围、国民的度假意识、度假习惯、度假模式也与西方国家存在一定的差异。因此我国不仅需要考虑度假旅游发展的客观因素，还需要考虑很多非客观因素。度假旅游在中国本土化发展过程中，需要加强引导和监督，除了借鉴西方国家度假旅游的成功经验，还要解决我国度假旅游存在的问题。文章具体分析了我国度假旅游健康发展存在的问题，有我国休假制度的不完善、旅游度假消费定位偏高、旅游度假区缺乏吸引力、国民缺乏旅游度假观念等问题。针对问题，提出全面落实带薪假期制度，完善休假保障条件；市场定位面向现实需求，追求实在；增强度假区吸引力；加强度假旅游宣传等对策。
