摘要：绿色壁垒是一柄双刃剑，正当的绿色壁垒反映了各国对环境问题的重视，同时也成为贸易保护的一种新手段。绿色壁垒已经成为我国农产品出口的最大障碍。本文从绿色壁垒的概念出发，分析了绿色壁垒的特征、表现形式和成因等,阐述了绿色贸易壁垒对我国蔬菜出口造成的负面影响，并提出了应对绿色壁垒、推动中国蔬菜出口的对策和建议。

Abstract:The green barrier is a double-edged sword. The green barrier has reflected that every country is seriously caring about environment. At the same time, the green barrier has already become one kind of new means of trade protects. The green barrier has already become the biggest obstacle of our country’s agricultural exports. This article from the concept of green barriers, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the green barrier, manifestations and causes, and described the negative impact of the green trade barriers on China’s vegetable exports, and made a deal with green barriers, countermeasures and suggestions to promote China’s vegetable exports.

在绿色浪潮兴起的背景下，中国的蔬菜出口要保持可持续的增长，必须要正视绿色壁垒对其的影响。本文在深入研究绿色壁垒的基础上，结合中国蔬菜出口的现实情况，提出可行的策略，是本文的目的所在，期望对绿色贸易有一个全面而深刻的认识，做到“知己知彼百战不殆”。此外，为更加有效地应对绿色壁垒措施对我国蔬菜产业的出口，还要实现蔬菜产业精深化、充分发挥政府公共管理职能、不断加大农民培训力度，加速蔬菜的产业升级，促进传统蔬菜产业向现代蔬菜产业的战略转变，才能从根本上解决我国蔬菜产业目前面临的问题。
