摘要：近年来，随着电子商务和信息技术的大力发展，库存管理已渐渐从传统的模式转变为新兴的模式。本文从电子商务和企业库存管理的基本概念出发，分析库存管理手段，探讨供应链模式下电子商务库存管理的几种模式及其特点，说明供应链管理模式下的电子商务库存管理的发展现状、存在问题风险及解决策略。目的为了解供应链模式下电子商务对库存管理的影响，研究未来发展方向与趋势，以帮助企业找到合适的库存管理模式，适应电子商务发展趋势，迎合市场经济大潮。
