[摘要]： 2011年的“快乐女声”似乎不是很太平，被广电总局多次警告。最终，“快乐女声”的发言人对媒体宣称2011年后停办“快乐女声”节目。是年10月份，国家广电总局正式出台了“限娱令”。瞬间，几乎所有的卫视都开始按照“限娱令”对各自的节目作出整顿。但从实践来看，“限娱令”没有完全限制娱乐，只是限制了当下电视节目的过度娱乐化。被整治过的电视娱乐节目环境，同质化、低俗化现象明显改观，电视娱乐节目开始呈现良性的发展态势。

纵观“限娱令”一路走来，从“快乐女声”被多次警告到“快乐女声”发言人宣布停办到“限娱令”正式被颁布出来，一路坎坷。但是我们也是可以看到它良性的一面，至少我觉得“限娱令”的颁布利大于弊，有其深刻的现实的意义。
长期以来，电视选秀节目的同质化现象对于人们的生活方式、思维方式等方面产生一定的影响。社会学家马尔库塞曾经指出“同质化是人类失去审美能力后的一种相互模仿所造成的文化特征。以电视、广播为代表的文化工业以‘标准化’和‘伪个性化’的方式破坏了艺术与文化的自主性，正是这些大量的‘标准化’的文化工业产品过滤了不和新鲜的点和独特的乐趣。”“限娱令”的颁布，明显的抑制了这一存在已久的现象，电视娱乐环境得到了一定的整治。
