摘要: 汇率作为一国经济的重要指标，它的变动对一国贸易的发展会产生深远的影响。人民币汇率改革以来，人民币的升值步伐越来越快，人民币的升值对张家港的外贸企业有着深远的影响。不仅给张家港外贸企业提供了良好的机遇，而且同时也给张家港外贸企业带来一定的挑战。随着全球经济的复苏和人民币升值预期的上升，张家港市的外贸企业应尽早发现自身不足并加以改进，提升自身的国际竞争力。本文通过分析人民币升值的原因，人民币升值对张家港市外贸企业的影响以及解决对策，化解张家港外贸企业在人民币升值中遭受的问题。

Absract Exchange rate as import indicator of national economic activity, it changes on the development of a country’s trade will have a profound impact.
