摘要：随着世界经济的高速发展，当今世界对能源的需求与日俱增。然而，常规能源在利用上的有限性和不可再生性成为了经济发展的短板。如何以新能源的开发利用去建立新形势下的经济模式和合作关系，已经成为了当今社会亟待解决的一个问题。而东亚地区作为世界的制造业基地，在这一地区的中日韩三国均面临着不同程度的能源问题。对此，本文以熊彼特创新理论为基础，分析了新能源的重要性，结合中日韩三国在金融危机的背景下各异的能源、经济问题以及新能源开发和利用的现状，分析并讨论了中日韩三国进行新能源合作的必要性及有利前景。在此基础上笔者得出了相关结论及政策建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy, the demand for energy increased accordingly. However, the conventional energy is limited and nonrenewable, which becomes the weakness of economy development. It has become a serious problem urgently to be solved that how to build a new economic mode and cooperation relationship under the new situation with the exploitation of new energy . As the manufacturing base of the world, East Asia, especially China, Japan, and Korea, are facing energy problem in different degree. Regarding this, this article does the analysis to the importance of new energy based on Schumpeter’s Innovation theory. It shows differences of the economic problems and energy development between the three countries under financial crisis's background. Author also analyzes and discusses the necessity and favorable prospect of corporation between China, Japan and Korea in the field of new energy. On this basis,the author has drawn some related conclusions and policy recommendations.
