摘要：在摆脱经济危机以及避免滞涨风险的双重要求下，现阶段扩大内需变得十分重要。本文通过分析我国收入差距的现状、原因以及不同收入人群对内需的影响，指出收入差距扩大是造成我国内需不足的重要原因，经过较为深入的分析，得出结论：缩小我国居民收入差距、调整收入分配结构，对于提高居民消费水平、扩大内需促使经济持续稳定增长、摆脱现阶段发展困境具有重要意义。同时针对收入分配结构中的问题，提出完善“控制两端，培育中间”的收入分配政策、健全社会保障制度、进一步落实调节收入分配差距的财政税收政策、引导房地产业健康发展四点政策建议。

Abstract:Under the pressure that get rid of the economic crisis and avoid the risk of sluggish , it is very important to expand domestic demand. In this paper , I analyze the present situation and reason of the income gap and people of different income groups influence the domestic demand. And point out that the income gap is an important reason which result in the domestic demand insufficient, it is concluded that it has great significance to narrow the income gap of residents in our country, adjusting income distribution structure, enhance the residents' consuming level and expanding domestic demand prompted sustainable economic growth and get rid of present development dilemma. Meanwhile in income distribution structure and puts forward the problems of perfecting the "control of both ends, foster intermediate" income distribution policy, perfecting social security system, further implement the adjusting income distribution gap between fiscal and tax policy, guide the healthy development of real estate industry four policy Suggestions.
