摘要:随着2010年希腊主权债务危机的爆发，整个欧元区乃至全球又一次笼罩在经济危机的阴影之下，由于欧元区国家体制等问题，使得希腊的债务危机逐渐演变成为欧元区债务危机，全球经济复苏的步伐遇到重重阻碍。欧洲主权债务危机通过降低欧洲国家国民收入、欧元贬值和国际金融市场的震荡，对全球经济产生巨大的影响。作为中国第一大贸易伙伴和最大出口市场的欧盟，本次债务危机对我国的出口产生巨大的负面影响。
珠三角地区为我国对外开放程度最高的沿海经济区域，其出口制造业对于我国出口贸易具有重要的经济地位，珠三角有现在如此繁荣的经济，是靠进出口贸易所带来的财富构建的。欧债危机的爆发，导致珠三角地区出口贸易额出现回落，此外，危机的扩散使得珠三角对美国和日本等主要市场的出口将产生很大的冲击。本文首先阐述欧债危机的演化进程，进而分析欧债危机对珠三角制造业出口的主要影响，并提出相对应的对策建议。

Abstract:With the 2010 Greece's sovereign debt crisis, the world once again were shrouded in the shadow of the economic crisis.as the eurozone countries institutional issues making Greece's debt crisis gradually evolved into the eurozone debt crisis, the pace of recovery in the global economy meet all obstacles. Europe's sovereign-debt crisis have a huge impact on the global economy by lowering the national income, depreciation of the euro in European countries and international financial market turmoil.
As China's largest trading partner and the largest export market of the European Union, the debt crisis have a significant negative impact on China's exports. For the coast of China's opening up to the highest degree of the Pearl River Delta economic zones, their export-oriented manufacturing industry for China's export trade has an important economic role, now prosperous economy in Pearl River Delta, was brought about by the import and export trading wealth building. European debt crisis broke out, resulting in the Pearl River Delta region fell in export trade, in addition, the crisis makes the spread of the Pearl River Delta on the United States and Japan, and other major markets will have a significant impact. This article first explain the evolution of the European debt crisis, and then analyze European debt crisis on the main effect of the Pearl River Delta's manufacturing exports, and to make corresponding recommendations for countermeasures.

珠三角出口制造业在欧债危机的时期要抵御危机的冲击，加速产业升级、加快贸易转型需要要靠企业自身努力，也需要政府的辅助政策及引导措施的及时出台。广东省省政府在改善外贸企业发展环境、推进外贸企业贸易转型发展方面已经出台了积极扶助性政策，还需广东省积极引导金融机构通过增加短期贷款、票据融资等方式，加大对中小企业的信贷支持。在这些措施的基础上，政府税收和补贴等方面还有待于进一步调整，应该向出口企业有所倾斜。只有这样才能创造更好的政策环境，便于改善贸易条件和调整产业结构，是企业以更加积极的姿态应对欧债危机，促进出口商品结构和产业结构的升级换代，以此契机，实现经济转型。
