摘要:20世纪80年代以来，随着改革开放政策的实施，我国制鞋工业有了突飞猛进的发展。目前，我国已经成为世界上最大的鞋类产品生产国，在我国也出现了一批主要从事鞋类加工和生产的城市和地区。制鞋工业作为一种劳动密集型产业，对于我国解决就业问题，繁荣城乡经济，带动经济发展，促进出口创汇都起着不可低估的重要作用。
我国的鞋类产品一半以上要销售到其他国家，鞋类产品的出口已经成为我国出口贸易的主要构成之一，2012年到2013年，鞋类产品出口总值分别占到我国出口贸易总值的3.7%，3.4%和2.9%。可见，鞋类产品出口贸易的顺利进行，直接关系到我国制鞋工业的稳定和发展，关系到我国对外经济的繁荣和增长。
近年来，我国鞋类产品在海外市场上屡屡受挫，遭受了巨大的损失，同时也凸现了我国鞋类出口贸易中存在的许多问题。本文结合我国鞋类产品出口贸易的主要特点，分析出口贸易中存在的有利因素和不利因素，并且针对这些不利因素，深入分析，力求找出这些问题的根本原因，提出恰当的解决对策。

Abstract:With the implementing of the reform and opening policies, there is great development in the shoes-making industry of China. At present, China has already became the largest shoes producing base in the world. Many cities and areas mainly engaged in shoes production have appeared in the country. As a kind of labor-intensive industry, shoes-making industry plays incomparable role in solving the employment problem for our country, prospering the urban and rural economies, driving economic development and promoting foreign exchange earning.
Over half of the shoes products of our country would be sold to other countries. The export of the shoes products has already become one of the main compositions of our country’s export trade. From 2012 to 2013, the total export value of the shoes accounted for 3.7%, 3.4% and 2.9% of the total value of our country’s export trade respectively. Therefore, the harmony of the shoes export trade concerns the stability and development of our country’s shoes-making industry, concerns prosperity and growth of our country’s external economic.
In recent years, the shoes products of our country are baffled repeatedly on the overseas markets. We have suffered enormous losses. It shows a lot of problems existing in the shoes export trade especially. This text combines the main characteristic of shoes export trade of our country, analyses favorable factors and unfavorable factors existing in the export trade. Then, the text analyses these unfavorable factors in depth, makes every effort to find out the basic reasons of these questions and puts forward the appropriate countermeasures.
