摘要:本设计是某十六层以办公为主的综合性大楼的建筑给排水设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、热水系统四个部分。

   给水系统采用分区供水,一到六层为低区,因城市管网常年可资用水头远不能满足用水要求,不能满足建筑内部用水要求,故考虑二次加压。七层到十五层为高区,采用上行下给的供水方式,由地下车库的供水泵供水到屋顶的高位水箱,再由高位水箱向高区管网供水;排水系统采用的是污、废合流制,底层单独排水,排水立管仅设伸顶通气管,污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网;消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。根据设计资料,本设计需对1-15层供应热水。为保证同一用水点的冷、热水压力平衡,热水管道沿着给水管道布置,采用封闭式机械循环热水系统。各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设,水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。给水管和排水管分别采用PP—R管和UPVC管,消防系统和热水系统都采用镀锌钢管。

Abstract:This design is a sixteen layer to the office of comprehensive building water supply and drainage design, mainly includes four parts of water supply system, drainage system, fire control system, hot water system.

   Water-supply system partition, one to six layers as low area, because the city pipe network for water all the year round head can not meet the water requirements, can not meet the construction of internal water requirements, so we consider two pressurized. Seven to fifteen layers as high area, the upstream to water supply mode, by the high water tank underground garage water pump water supply to the roof, and then by the high water tank to the high network; sewage drainage system is used, waste sewage system, the separate drainage, drainage tube only reached number of trachea, wastewater treated in the septic tank back into the municipal sewage pipe network; fire system design into a fire hydrant system, the early fire 10min water from fire water supply, the normal water supply of fire pumps from the tank extraction. According to the design data, the design of 1-15 layer of hot water supply. In order to ensure the cold, hot water pressure balance the same water, hot water pipeline along the water supply piping layout, using a closed cycle water system. Vertical tube in tube well or along the wall laying in each system, horizontal tube according to the surface characteristics of each system or concealed. Water supply and drainage pipes were used PP - R pipe and UPVC pipe, fire and water systems are made of galvanized steel pipes.
