摘要:本建筑为十一层综合楼,总高度为49.2米。一、二层为商场,三层是餐厅,四层是娱乐层。五至八层为宾馆,九层至十一层为办公层。主要包括给水系统、排水系统,消防系统、热水系统四个部分。

   给水系统采用分区供水,一到四层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。五层到十一层为高区,采用无负压供水设备供水,供水方式为下行上给;排水系统采用的是污、废合流制,排水立管仅设伸顶通气管,污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网,管材采用UPVC管,坡度为标准坡度0.026;消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统以及自动喷水灭火系统,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从消防贮水池内抽取,火灾持续时间设为2h;自动喷水灭火系统湿式自动喷水灭火系统,喷头正方形布置。热水采用的是集中热水供应系统,采用半容积式水加热器,由于地区不需要供给热水,所以只需要五层至十一层进行设计,冷水通过换热器集中加热后,再由提升泵供向配水管网。

Abstract:This design is a eleven-storey building water supply and drainage design of comprehensive training center, it includes water supply system,drainage system,fire control system,hot water system. All water supply and drainage of the buildings are designed according to requirements of high-rise building water supply and drainage. Combining the actual situation, according to the nature of buildings,use and interior complete water and wastewater sanitation, Specific water supply and drainage system design are as follows:

   Water supply and water supply of the system is the use of pumps. Due to the fire hydrant for more than ten, it required two service pipes. Drainage system is the use of sewage waste water diversion system, discharge water into the municipal sewer network. The building grade belongs to dangerous levels in secondary, designs include fire hydrant system, On the roof of the tank fire hydrants for which consists of experimental device, fire pump starting button in each fire hydrant box, it can directly start the fire pump; outdoor has a combination of underground water pump, ensure fire safety and reliability. Fire-fighting system using temporary maintenance of high pressure water supply.
