摘要:在新世纪,建筑给排水将担负新的历史重任,面临新的挑战。建筑给排水将更突出以人为本的原则,并将重点调整到民用建筑与工业建筑并重,公共建筑与居住建筑并重,冷水供应与热水供应并重,走上全面、均衡、务实、安全的发展之路。建筑给水排水属于应用工程,是整个建筑设计中一个相当重要的环节,也是建筑设计中必不可少的。

 本文针对郑州市体育运动集训中心五号楼,结合对设计标准、规范的理解,对该建筑的给水系统、排水系统、消防水系统、热水系统,主要以设计计算说明的形式,进行了初步探讨。

 根据设计资料,市政提供的常年的水压为33m水柱,本建筑的高度为65.70m,所以应该分区供水,根据设计规范的有关规定,负一至五层为低层,市政管网供水,六至十一层,十二至十八层变频调速水泵增压给水。

 排水系统采用合流制的排污体系,即生活污、废水不进行局部处理,合流排出室外。地下室集水坑,设潜污泵排水。处理后与废水一起排入市政污水管网。

 高层居民楼热水系统,没有城市热力网时,一般采用集中热水供应系统,建筑附近有表压为0.33MPa的蒸汽热源可用。

Abstract:In the new century, building water supply and drainage will shoulder the historical responsibility of new, facing new challenges.
