摘要：本工程以酉阳职教中心综合楼项目为实例，结合实际情况，对项目的各分部分项工程施工方案和模板方案进行了设计。
施工组织设计是对施工活动实行管理的重要手段，体现了基本建设计划和设计的要求，协调施工过程中各个施工单位、各施工工种、各项资源之间的相互关系，通过施工组织设计，可以根据特定施工条件，拟定施工方案，确定施工工序、施工方法、技术组织措施，可以保证拟建工程按照预定的工期完成，是用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、措施、经济和组织的综合性文件。
模板专项设计是建筑施工组织中不可或缺的一部分，而且合理设计建筑构件的尺寸有利于提高工程施工进度，减少劳动强度等。文中所述的模板专项设计，结合工程实际情况，尽可能使用经济、高效、科学型构件，保证施工的安全与有序进行。
SAP2000作为集成化的通用结构分析与设计软件，能够对三维结构整体构件作性能分析，对于模板支架非常重要，应用非常广泛，空间建模方便，能快速完善的荷载计算，本软件主要用于模板专项设计后的构件稳定性验算。
