摘要：有句话说得好：财务是一个企业的眼睛，能看清一个企业运行的情况和经营成果。但做好工资管理工作成为了企业管理的重要主城部分，随着经济的发展科技的进步，计算机的运用席卷全球各行各业，工资管理与计算机技术紧密结合,其中Excel软件功能强大,操作简便,其提供的函数、报表、图标可用于复杂的数据处理和分析，深受广大财会工作者的青睐。
在中国这样的发展中国家，中小企业是社会发展的主力军，为了提升自己的竞争力，纷纷向信息化迈进，但不是所有企业都能花费巨资购买ERP软件的。因此，Excel成为了企业工资管理的一个重要手段。
本文主要介绍Excel软件在工资管理这模块中的运用和优势。

Abstract：There is a saying: the finance is an enterprise's eyes, can see running a business and operation result. But good wages management of enterprises has become the important part of city management, with the development of economy and the progress of technology, computer applications in all walks of life across the globe, salary management and computer technology combine with Excel software, powerful function, convenient operation, provide the function, report, icons can be used for complex data processing and analysis, by the majority of accounting worker's favor.
In the developing countries such as China, small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force of social development, in order to enhance their competitiveness, stride to informatization in succession, but not all enterprises can spend huge amounts of money to purchase ERP software. Therefore, Excel has become an important means of the enterprise salary management .
This paper mainly introduces the Excel software in the salary management module in the application and advantages of this.

Excel能帮助企业快捷、有效、准备地处理企业工资业务的工作。Excel拥有大量的函数、筛选、汇总、直观的图表功能，可以按照工薪信息的使用者的要求制作不同的财务报表和分析图表。但这同时也要求会计人员在自身的财务专业知识的基础上，不断提高计算机和Excel使用能力，将Excel的功能在工资管理或者在其他财务管理中发挥地更加淋漓尽致，推动企业的发展。
