摘要:改革开放30年来，我国中小企业迅猛发展，中小企业已经成为我国经济的重要组成部分，在国民经济发展中的重要作用和地位已经越来越明显。在缓解就业压力，促进经济结构调整的过程中中小企业发挥了不可替代的作用。随着经济的发展，我国市场体制的逐渐完善，融资难的问题却阻碍着中小企业的发展速度，怎样提高中小企业的融资能力一直是国内外讨论与研究的热点。分析我国中小企业的融资能力的原因，找出导致我国中小企业融资难的因素，强化中小企业融资能力，让中小企业继续为我国的经济发展做出更大的贡献，在这种背景下，研究我国中小企业的融资能力影响因素具有重要的意义。
本文从外源融资、内源融资两个方面对中小企业融资能力的影响因素进行分析。以科技型中小企业为例，通过因子分析的方法分析中小企业融资能力影响分析，得出结论。再通过实证结论提出解决对策。

ABSTRACT:Since 30 years of reform and opening-up, Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly, SMEs have become an important part of our national economy, the important role and position in national economic development has become increasingly obvious. SMEs play an irreplaceable role in relieving employment pressure and promoting the adjustment of economic structure. But the financing difficult problem has been bothering the development of SMEs, how to improve the SMEs financing capacity has been a scholars’ focus. By analysing the influence factors of our country's SMEs financing ability, we can find out the our country SMEs financing difficult reason, promote SMEs financing ability, have the ability to make SMEs to continue to make greater contributions to the development of our country's economy, so under this background studying our country SMEs financing ability influence factors has important significance.
In this paper, SMEs financing ability influence factors are analyzed from two aspects of exogenous financing and internal financing. Using small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology as a example, draw conclusions by the method of factor analysis to analyse influencing factors of SMEs financing ability. Then put forward countermeasures through empirical conclusion.
