摘要：在高新技术企业发展过程中,融资难的问题日益显现出来,资金短缺等问题成为制约高新技术企业发展壮大的最主要障碍之一。因此,对研究高新技术企业融资问题,帮助高新技术企业健康成长, 从而加速高科技产业化发展，有利于高新技术企业的融资创新，同时促进发展中国家高新技术产业、企业和金融市场的发展完善具有十分重要的意义。本文基于高新技术企业融资特征，对高新技术企业融资现状进行了调查了解、提出高新技术企业内部融资乏力，导致自留资产不足；债务融资障碍，导致信贷难度大；风险投资阻力，导致投资机构进入难；资本市场约束，导致企业上市难等问题，并依据这些问题提出了对应的融资建议：降低企业产品的研发成本，增加企业自留资产；提高企业知名度，降低债务融资难度；加大账务透明度，加速投资机构进入企业；加快企业上市步伐，促进企业发展。
