摘要:随着我国现代化进程加快，人们的居住条件及居住观念发生了巨大的变化，人们对居住的质量水平的要求越来越高，而体现居住质量的最主要标准就是舒适度设计，于是创造一个舒适、健康、温馨的住宅环境便成为当代居民和设计师的共同追求。由于中等户型最契合当今国家住房建设思路，于是便成为了现代大众经济消费的主要选择。但对于面积有限的中等户型来说，怎样充分利用每一寸空间让户主得最舒适、最温馨的享受，是目前设计师们着力解决的问题。本文通过对户主家庭成员的生理、心理需求、性格、行为模式、使用特点等方面的研究分析，总结出影响住宅室内设计的舒适度的几个因素有心理需求、空间划分、行为模式等等，因而分别从物质上和精神上考虑如何可以达到人所需要的最佳的舒适度，以此营造出居民最理想的居住空间，设计出最人性化的住宅。
