摘  要:药柜这样的工具是用于医学行业中的对药物的放置,自动药柜可以减轻人们的劳动强度、加快对药物的取放速度、减少占地面积。同时自动药柜在提高人们的生活水平中也有重要作用。

   目前药柜的应用范围包括医院、药店等。是医疗行业不可缺少的工具。人们逐渐在为提高药柜的性能做研究,不断地寻找突破。

   为适应发展要求药柜的使用已逐渐从传统的人员手工控制向可编程控制器PLC控制过度。可编程控制器开始在药柜控制系统中的崭露头角,是因为它即具有人工操作板的一系列优点同时又可以克服人工操作的很多不足之处。更适应现代生活对药柜控制的要求,具有的灵活性也为以后药柜的发展提供了基础。         

   本次设计中主要完成自动药柜设计的PLC编程部分,并拿出完整的设计梯形图、指令表、完成调试等。同时对药柜的整体设计,如:药柜的结构、工作原理、各个部件的功能设计要求等也做学习和介绍。通过独立完成这次设计对PLC的编程设计有更深入的了解,在设计中学会解决问题把所学的PLC知识和现实中的药柜结合,能根据具体要求完成PLC编程,在调试中发现错误并修正。完成:

1.程序设计的流程图

2.PLC控制的梯形图及程序分析

3.列出I/O接口分布、按钮分布等

4. 自动药柜运行模拟

ABSTRACT:Cabinet of such tools is used in medicine industry on drug placement, automatic cabinet can reduce the people's labor intensity, speed up the access speed, reduce the area of drugs. At the same time automatic cabinet also has an important role in improving the people's living standard.

   At present, the scope of application of cabinet including hospitals, pharmacies. It is an indispensable tool for medical industry. People gradually in order to improve the performance of the medicine cabinet, constantly looking for breakthrough.

   In order to meet the requirements of the development of the use of the medicine cabinet has gradually from the traditional manual control of the programmable controller PLC control over. The programmable controller began to cut a striking figure in the medicine cabinet control system, because a lot of deficiencies which has a series of advantages of artificial operation panel and manual operation can be overcome. To adapt the modern life of the cabinet control requirements, has the flexibility provided the basis for the development of the future medicine cabinet.

   This design mainly completes the PLC programming part of the automatic medicine cabinet design, and take out the complete design of ladder diagram, instruction list, complete the debugging. At the same time, the overall design of the cabinet, such as: structure, working principle, parts cabinet function design requirements are also learning and introduction. The independent programming of PLC have a more in-depth understanding of the design, in the design of middle school would solve the problem of the knowledge of PLC and the reality of the medicine combination, can complete the PLC program according to the specific requirements, the error and correction found in debugging.
