摘  要:可编程程序控制器(PLC, Programmable Logic Controller)因其高可靠性和较高的性价比,而在工业控制中被广泛应用。组态王由于计算机的普及和其本身价值(实时多任务、开放摘性、灵活性、通用性和可靠性)的被认知,也在快速的发展中。

   本文基于可编程序控制器PLC和组态王设计自动配料系统的控制系统和监控系统。首先,利用FX2N系列PLC对自动配料系统进行控制,使该配料系统可以按要求完成自动称重,配料全过程。其次,自动配料系统的监控系统则采用了组态王对上位机监控软件组态,实现现场数据的实时监控。

   本文的主要内容包括对生产过程控制系统发展和现状的概述、配料系统工作原理和配料控制系统的总体设计,重点描述了包括硬件设计、编程环境及软件设计在内的三菱FX2N系列 PLC在配料系统中应用的一些细节、组态王及其在上位机监控系统中一些基本设计,以及PLC与上位机之间的通讯。

ABSTRACT:Programmable logic controller (PLC, Programmable Logic Controller) because of its high reliability and high cost performance, and is widely used in industrial control. Kingview because of the popularization of the computer and its value (real-time multitask, open the, flexibility, versatility and reliability) are cognitive, also in the rapid development.

       In this paper, the control system of programmable controller PLC and KingView to design automatic batching system and monitoring system based on. First of all, to control the automatic batching system uses FX2N series PLC, so that the system can complete the whole process of automatic weighing, batching. Secondly, the monitoring system of automatic batching system uses KingView to supervisory software, realizing the real-time monitoring data.

       The main contents of this paper include the overall design of the introduction, development and current situation of production process control system of the batching system working principle and batching control system, this paper emphatically describes the application programming environment includes the design and the design of software and hardware, including the Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC in batching system in some detail, Kingview and some of its basic design in monitoring system machine, as well as the communication between PLC and host computer.
