摘  要:PLC与组态技术在各行各业得到了广泛应用,并且发展非常快。与传统的继电器相比,PLC技术在灌装生产线中的应用可以有效解决使用过程中生产效率低、可靠性低等缺点。而自动化生产线技术在许多领域得到了广泛的运用,其控制部分主要采用可编程控制器(PLC)控制,它可以使生产线运行更加平稳,更加提高生产效率,并可以显著增加控制系统的可靠性。在工业领域,随着自动化技术的快速发展,组态软件可以将复杂的工控技术,尤其是它使复杂的编程简单化,工业控制使之变得简单和高效,并且有效的缩短了开发时间,使工业控制技术在得到了快速的发展。

   本设计主要采用 PLC技术对系统控制部分进行编程并运用组态王软件对其运行模拟。第一章介绍了饮料灌装生产线技术现状以及研究目的和意义;第二章是系统的总体设计任务,硬件设计方案和软件设计方案;第三章主要是对系统的硬件设计进行分析,包括系统元件的选型和硬件电路的实现;第四章是控制部分,编写饮料灌装生产线的相关功能程序;第五章是运用组态软件进行模拟运行;第六章是对全文的总结。

ABSTRACT:The technology of the PLC and configuration technology is widely used in all walks of life, and is developing rapidly. Compared with the traditional relay, the PLC technology application in the filling production line can effectively solve the low efficiency and low reliability in use process faults. Automatic production lines and technology has been widely used in many fields, the main control part adopts the programmable controller (PLC) control, it can make production line running more smooth, more to improve the production efficiency, and can significantly increase the reliability of the control system. In the industrial field, with the rapid development of automation technology, configuration software can take complicated industrial control technology, especially the arduous and lengthy programming simplification, makes industrial development is simple and efficient, and greatly shorten the development time, the industrial control technology has been rapid development.

   In this paper, we adopt FX - 2 n PLC technology was carried out on the system control part programming and using the king-view software to run the simulation. The first chapter of the current situation of beverage filling production line technology and research purpose and significance; The second chapter is the overall design of the system task, hardware design and software design; The third chapter is mainly is the hardware design of the system analysis, including the selection of system element and the realization of the hardware circuit; The fourth chapter is the control section, beverage filling production line of related function program; The fifth chapter is to use configuration software to run the simulation; The sixth chapter is a summary of full text.
