摘要:电能分为直流和交流两种类型,电力变换的基本类型就是这两种电能之间的四种变换形式,包括整流、逆变、斩波、交流电力变换。在电力电子电路如变流装置的设计过程中,需要对设计出来的初步方案(电路)及有关元件参数选择是否合理,效果如何进行验证。如果通过实验来验证,就要将设计的系统用元件安装出来再进行调试和试验,不能满足要求时,要更换元件甚至要重新设计、安装、调试,往往要反复多次才能得到满意的结果。这样将耗费大量的人力和物力,且使设计效率低下、耗资大、周期长。如果使用MATLAB/Simulink软件来对电路进行仿真试验,则可大大地节约开支,提高设计效率,缩短设计周期。

   本文主要以MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件为基础,首先,介绍本课题的研究内容及研究的意义;其次,介绍MATLAB/Simulink的基本用法,如何进行建模与仿真;然后,利用该软件针对电力电子变换的四种变换电路建立仿真模型、参数设置与仿真分析。仿真结果表明该方法与理论分析结果一致,从而验证了仿真建模的准确性和有效性。

Abstract:DC and AC power is divided into two types, power transform the basic type is the two kinds of power between the four kinds of transformation form, includes a rectifier, inverter, chopper, AC power conversion. In power electronic circuits such as converter design process, need to design out of the initial scheme ( circuit ) and the relevant component parameters is reasonable, the effect how to validate. If the experiments to verify the design of the system, will use element mounted out the debugging and testing, can not meet the requirements, to replace the components or even to design, installation, commissioning, often repeated several times to obtain satisfactory results. It will cost a lot of manpower and material resources, and the design efficiency is low, cost is big, long cycle. If you use the MATLAB/Simulink software to circuit simulation test, it can greatly reduce costs, improve the design efficiency, shorten the design cycle.

   This paper takes the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software as the foundation, first, introduced the research content and research significance; secondly, introduces the basic usage of MATLAB/Simulink, how to carry on the modeling and simulation; then, the use of the software for power electronics transform of four circuit simulation model, parameter setting and simulation analysis. The simulation results show that this method is consistent with the theoretic analysis, which verifies the accuracy and the validity of simulation modeling.
