摘要:介绍了LabVIEW与PLC的发展和联系,并利用仿真平台,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的PLC控制系统。主要是为了仿真物理PLC及其所控制的设备,用软件的方式实现物理PLC系统的部分功能。鉴于虚拟仪器的特点,如果将PLC的功能软件化,只要在计算机上配置合适的数据输入、输出模块,就可以像使用物理PLC一样。除此之外,开发虚拟仪器的软件LabVIEW还具有友好的图形界面,便于开发设计可视化的现场控制对象模型。因此,从整个项目开发角度考虑,为了快速有效的进行软件开发,充分运用软件开发工具提供的各种功能,适当地减少工作量,我们选择了LabVIEW软件作为本论文课题的开发工具。实验结果表明:控制系统已达到了预期的设计效果。本系统可以根据实际应用的具体情况,适当加以修改,以便更好应用。

Abstract:Introduced communication between LabVIEW and the PLC, and the use of simulation platform, designed a LabVIEW-based control system and PLC. Mainly to the physical simulation of the PLC and the control equipment, use software to achieve the physical PLC system.In view of the characteristics of virtual machines, if the function of PLC software, and as long as the appropriate configuration on the computer data input and output modules, it can be the same as the use of physical PLC. In addition, the development of LabVIEW virtual instrument software also has a friendly graphical interface, designed to facilitate the development of visual control of the scene object model.Therefore, the development of the whole project from the point of view, in order to quickly and effectively conduct software development, software development tools make full use of the wide range of functions, where appropriate, reduce the workload, we chose the LabVIEW software as the subject of this thesis development tools. The experimental results show that: the control system has been designed to achieve the desired effect. The system can make some appropriate modifications according to the practical application, so as to make better applications.
