摘要:近年来,数字调音台的发展日新月异。一套音响系统要想使其发挥出良好的效果,除了和音响器材的质量好坏以及档次高低有关外,最主要的是对音响设备要有一个正确合理的调控技术。本文具体论述了数字调音台前期的多路音源处理设计的制作过程:原理图绘制,PCB设计和成品制作。多路音源的处理设计是数字调音台的重要组成部分,其主要功能为8路语音输入,其中包括4路麦克风输入,CD输入,LINE IN输入,2路环绕立体输入的模拟信号通过可调电阻可改变放大器的负反馈,对输入信号增益进行控制,经增益调节放大后的信号经集电极输出后进入双运算放大器NJM4580,放大后进入均衡处理,作音质补偿,利用衰减器(推子)进行混合比例调节,再通过声像调节,经过ADC 采样后,传输到数字信号处理器DSP。通过对8个通道的输入部分原理进行分析,对多路音源处理设计的核心芯片进行介绍,掌握了调音台输入通道的调控方法,也就基本掌握了信号源的硬件调控技术,从而进一步了解数字调音台的设计技术及发展前景。

Abstract:In recent years, the rapid development of digital mixer. To make it a sound system to play a good effect, and sound equipment in addition to the quality of good or bad, and the grade level, the most important is the audio device to have a properly-control technology. This article specifically discusses the early digital mixing console designed for multi-source deal making process: schematic drawing, PCB design and the finished products. Treatment of multi-source digital mixer design is an important part of its main functions is 8-voice input, including a 4-way microphone input, CD input, LINE IN inputs, 2 analog surround input signal through the adjustable resistance can change negative feedback amplifier, the gain control input signal, amplified by the gain adjustment signal output by the collector entered the dual operational amplifier NJM4580, enlarged into a balanced approach, tone compensation for the use of attenuator (fader) mixed ratio adjustment, and through audio-visual regulation, after ADC sampling, the transfer to a digital signal processor DSP. 8 channels on the input part of the principle of analysis, design of multi-core chip audio processing are introduced, mastered the mixer input channel control methods, also mastered the signal source of the hardware and control technology, thus further understanding the design of digital mixing console technology and development prospects.
