摘要: 目前各类大中医院中所使用的静脉输液器都是采用将悬挂在病人身体水平线以上进行的,需要一定的高度才能输液,这种传统的输液方式的速度难以控制,这对输液速度有特殊要求的药物是非常重要的,也会加重护理人员的工作强度。目前的输液监控报警器笨重,体积大,而且价格太高,使得医院和病人的费用增加。如果有了液体点滴速度监控装置的话,必将受到广大医院和病人的欢迎。

利用单片机控制步进电机可以方便的控制高度来调节点滴速度。通过传感系统来确定点滴的速度,对液位的监测及通过键盘来输入需要的点滴速度。该装置由水滴速度测试系统、水速控制系统、显示装置、单片机系统、键盘和报警等系统组成。

该系统是以51单片机为控制核心来实现的,采用步进电机控制装置以及红外光电传感滴速检测装置,通过单片机扫描测量来实现点滴速度自动控制系统。

Abstract:In variety Chinese medicine hospital in intravenous fluids are hung above the horizon of the patient's body, it need to a certain height to meet the infusion. Under this condition, it is difficult to control the speed of this infusion and infusion rate with special requirements of the drug which is very important, this also put pressure on the intensity of the work of nurses. Infusion monitoring alarm is too heavy, bulky, and the price is too high at present, adding the costs of hospitals and patients. If you have a liquid drip speed monitoring device, it will certainly welcomed by the majority of hospitals and patients.

   It can easily control the height to adjust the drip rate if you use microcontroller to control the stepper motor. We can use the sensing system to determine the speed of the drip, liquid level monitoring, and through the keyboard to enter the desired bit speed. The device consists of a water droplet speed test system, the water speed control system, display devices, microcontroller systems, keyboard and alarm system.

The system is based on 51 microcontroller to control the core.It usese stepper motor control devices and infrared photoelectric sensor dropping speed detection devices.It can bit speed to achieve automatic control system through the single-chip scan measurements.
